Mr. Gould practices in the areas of land use and real estate law as well as related corporate and business transactions. He has experience with the land use entitlement process, real estate and common interest development, including all aspects of local, regional and state agency permit processing including the California Coastal Commission.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gould worked as an Associate with a real estate law firm in Carlsbad with practice areas in manufactured housing law, common interest developments and resort/hotel development. Mr. Gould also brings with him prior experience as an in-house planner for a local municipality in Southern California.
