As managing partner of the Orange County office, Robert R. Templeton focuses his practice on complex, large exposure commercial and construction defect work. In addition, he has substantial litigation experience in matters involving business, personal injury, land use, real estate, premises liability, and contract and lien disputes.
Mr. Templeton specializes in the representation of developers, general contractors and subcontractors involved in high exposure litigation.
Prior to his work at Stutz Artiano, Mr. Templeton served as an extern for Honorable Mildred L. Lillie, California Court of Appeal, Los Angeles, California. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and San Diego Defense Lawyers Association.
