Casey Shaw practices general tort litigation with a focus in land use, eminent domain, and construction defect litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shaw gained practical experience serving as a law clerk for San Diego law firms specializing in land use and eminent domain practice.
Mr. Shaw graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law and served as an associate editor for California Western Law Review. He received academic achievement awards in civil procedure and construction defect litigation. Mr. Shaw was the first ever San Diego County Bar Association student representative at the California State Bar Conference of Delegates.
