Derek Paradis focuses his practice on civil litigation matters involving education, employment, hospitality and general business law. His work includes representation of public entities and school districts, as well as private businesses of all sizes.
Mr. Paradis graduated number one in his class from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Paradis worked in real estate and in hotel management in Las Vegas, including his last position as Assistant Manager of the 5,000-room MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mr. Paradis is a member of the San Diego Hotel Motel Association.
